Have you ever wondered what a transformation moment is like? What it feels like to be changed?
It’s a moment and time when your life goes from ordinary and normal to extraordinary and amazing! Sounds great, right?

But, this usually only happens after one goes through the test of a pressure chamber. It also comes after you have invested time. An what about being tried in the fire. Does it still sound great?

“After you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you” (1 Peter 5:10)
Know that God has a plan and purpose for you. Most sincere believers wants to know their purpose, their reason for existence. We struggle with the desire to find out who we are and what we are meant to be. But it is there! You feel it in your soul. It’s the waiting and wondering that is causing you such turmoil.

In the case of David in the Bible—in order to slay Goliath, he first had to obey his father and bring lunch for his brothers.

In the case of Jonah, he had to be swallowed by the whale, be there for three whole days, and repent for him to go to the place God had ordained him to impact.

What about Moses, lost then found; found then lost. And finally taking his shoes off at a burning bush. That surely symbolized removing all the places he had walked in the past to enter his true destiny. Remove your old shoes, and get ready to put on the new shoes.

Don’t take small things lightly or difficult seasons in the a negative way, because all this is paving the way and growing you into the plan God has for you.
Even when everything seems to fall apart, even when everything seems like a mess, know that God is still in control, holding you, guiding you. Have an open heart and mind. Stop reasoning with God. Trust the process.

In this crushing, know that God is intervening and your moment is not far away. You don’t have to worry, because God has never left you before and He’s not going to start today. He’s holding you even when you walk the unknown, strange, discrete and secret paths. Whatever you’re going through is making you ready for that transformation moment.

I have walking in seasons of the unknown. I have wondered if God was ever going to use me. I have been David, Jonah and Moses. I know you have too. But it’s not over, yet. God is in control. The work He started He will finish!

Goliath will fall!
Nineveh will repent.
The Red Sea will part!
Transformation will happen!

Today, I pray that you have an extraordinary moment. I pray that your purpose and plan will overtake you.
I pray that you finally remove the shoes of the past and kneel at your burning bush.
I pray that you pick up the smooth stones and walk bravely into battle.
I pray that you leap out of the belly of darkness into his marvelous calling and run toward your destiny!
